This was my first time buying a car, and I was so nervous going into it. I am so glad I ended up going to Nick Meyer Ford West - a small office with personable reps. I saw one of their used cars on AutoTrader and drove all the way from northern KY to Avon Lake to check it out, because it was such a great deal. I worked with Darryl, who was bright, cheery, easygoing, and supportive throughout the test-driving and sales process. The car is in great condition and very fairly priced. No hidden issues or problems at all. I worked through the financing process with Mike, who was also very helpful. Living in KY, the process to register a car that was bought in a different state is a little odd, and new territory to me, and both Darryl and Mike have been very responsive and helpful when I have reached out with questions about the process and necessary paperwork. I feel very supported by them and am grateful for all of their kindness, and for the excellent, reliable vehicle I now have!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I dealt with Brittany who was my salesperson and Mike who was the finance manager. Both were excellent! They provided great & quick communication on the vehicle I was interested in. I traveled all the way from Maryland to purchase this vehicle and the price was straight-forward with no gimmicks/games like the other larger dealers play with unnecessary add-ons and such. They had the paperwork ready to go so including my test drive which I took my time with I was out of there under an hour which is excellent! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle as these are good, trust-worthy people!
